Welcome to MotionCraft: AI Video Studio (“MotionCraft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MotionCraft application, website, and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using MotionCraft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

MotionCraft provides AI-powered tools that help users create videos and dynamic visual effects from text prompts, photos, videos, and other user-selected materials. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued as the service evolves.

2. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You may use MotionCraft only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for your use of the service and for all content you submit, create, save, publish, or share through it.

You agree that you will:

You must not use MotionCraft to create, request, distribute, or facilitate unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or exploitative content. This includes impersonation intended to defraud or harm, non-consensual intimate content, sexual or exploitative content involving minors, and content that violates another person’s rights.

3. User Content and AI Output

You retain any rights you have in the prompts, photos, videos, and other content you submit (“User Content”). To provide the service, you grant MotionCraft a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, process, and modify User Content solely as needed to operate the features you choose, maintain the service, and meet legal obligations.

AI-generated output is created automatically from your requests and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unavailable. You are responsible for evaluating whether output is suitable for your use and whether your use of it complies with law and any applicable third-party rights. To the extent permitted by law, MotionCraft does not claim ownership of your generated output solely because it was created using the service.

Some MotionCraft features may require payment, a subscription, or in-app purchases. Where available, transactions are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and policies. Your payment, cancellation, refund, and subscription-management options are generally handled through your Google Play account.

We do not collect or store your complete payment-card or bank-account information. Prices, availability, and feature access may change as allowed by law and applicable platform rules.
